Introducing NEW MLS Tracker on all web sites!
With a simple setting you choose whether visitors to your web site must register to access your IDX search form or not. They only have to register once. After that if they accept cookies they don't even have to log in. Guests who don't allow cookies only have to log in using their email address and the password they supplied.For the agent the MLS Tracker will let you know when your customer registered on your site, the date of their last visit and how many times they have searched for property on your site. It also allows the agent to set up template email letters and to send out those automatically personalized letters to their customers. Soon you will even be able to set up your customers on a personalized email campaign. You will build the campaign by grouping letters and telling the program what order to automatically send them out and how many days apart to send each letter.

of REALTORS® members.
Class is expected to last about 2 hours. We will be available after class to answer any questions about any of the items presented. Some of the topics we will be discussing include IDX (Internet Data
Exchange), NEW product MLS Tracker, Why your seller thinks you
need a website, Why your buyer thinks you need a website, Why you
really need a website, How important is your domain name, How customers
find your website and How to generate leads with your site. If you have a laptop with a wireless network connection you can bring
it with you and hook up to the internet to edit your own site in class. We encourage you to bring your assistant, husband, wife, kid
or the neighbor's kid. Who ever does your computer work for you is welcome
to attend the class. We will even teach you how to make a logo bounce around your web site
or make snowflakes drift across your screen. Have you ever wondered how to
make that cool effect that looks like a reflective water surface in front
of a photo? We will tell you how to do that too. Want to make a slide show
of your listings? Yes, we give you all the secrets we know. When you are
done with this class you will understand that your web site is not limited
by the designers. It is capable of taking on your own personality! See you

Many of you have already heard of us. We are DM Webhosting. We
deliver many of the internet services that are used by your association.
We host the PanamaCityRealtors.com web site, supply the mail server and
software known as Postal Porter for the FREE permanent email
address that the association offers all members
(i.e.:donc@bay.flrealtor.net) and host the web site of Bay.FLRealtor.net.
We have also done some of the technical work such as updating the
operating system on the BCAR computers and installing the wireless router
so that you can work on the internet during training classes.
